"We stayed only one night at Sheraton Laval and spent the rest of the week in Quebec City and wished we had been able to take your hotel room with us as the one in Quebec City at a top name hotel was deplorable. As for Sheraton Laval, we were very impressed with the cordial staff and in particularly the room. We travel a fair amount and it is one of the best appointed rooms we have stayed in. We wish other hotels would take note even some of your other Sheratons. Plenty of desk space for working. Clean, fresh, tastefully decorated and stylish furniture. Excellent accomodation. It has the added advantage of being close to freeways and shopping, so is excellent for business and for personal with a large shopping centre right next door. If we have an opportunity to return to Laval, we would definitely stay with you. Charlotte from Toronto"
